3353300 - Users Receiving Broadcast E-mails Though Not Marked as Recipient

Symptom

Your Users are receiving Broadcast E-mails even they are not configured or marked as irrelevant. 

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics Work Center.
  2. Go to Broadcasts view.
  3. Search for the required Broadcast Name.
  4. Here you can see only one recipient is added but this being sent to user who are not seen in the list.

Cause

You have not maintained correct recipient to get the e-mails to respective recipient. 

Resolution

Ensure that the correct recipient e-mail address in maintained in the system in order to broadcast the same.
