3353463 - Not able to download the generated document from the document tab

The generated documents are visible in the document tab of the CPQ. Whenever another user (who is not quote owner) tries to download, it is not possible.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Generate the document by User 1 Login;
2. Login to CPQ with User 2;
3. Open the quote;
4. Navigate to document tab;
5. In document tab you can see the document;
6. Click on the download icon next to the document;
7. You will not be able to download the document.

Appropriate permission is not given to the user to download the document.

1. Go to Setup;
2. Quotes;
3. Document Generation Template;
4. Edit the relevant Output Template;
5. Go to Third tab Visibility Permission; 
6. Checked whether user not able to download the template has necessary permission if no provide appropriate permissions;
7. This resolution is applicable for Template which is of type Output Template, If you are using section template to generate document via scripting, The 2nd user will not be able to download the generated document. Section templates should be used as sections in Output template not as Output template using scripting.
