3353494 - Closing Balance for Bank Accounts not updated in app Monitor Bank Account Balances

The Closing Balance and other related fields for Bank Accounts is not updated in app Monitor Bank Account Balances.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to app Monitor Bank Account Balances.
2. Specify the input parameters.
3. Click on Go.

The Transfer Mode is not configured accordingly in app Define Bank Account Settings – Bank Statements.

For the bank accounts for which the balance is not populated in app Monitor Bank Account Balances, select the Transfer Mode as Balance and Bank Statement Items in app Define Bank Account Settings – Bank Statements.
