3353598 - "No permission to access the attached file ABCD. Attachment in field ABCD does not belong to the user XYZ" error

Symptom

When attempting to upsert an attachment to a custom MDF entity via API, you receive the following error:

"No permission to access the attached file ABCD. Attachment in field ABCD does not belong to the user XYZ"
