3353631 - 500 Internal Server Error during Scanned Invoice Upload via Collaboration tool

You are trying to upload scanned invoice via collaboration tool , however you get the 500 Internal Server error. The issue is only happening with few users.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the collaboration tool
2. Login to the respective tenant where you want to upload the supplier invoice
3. Select the common observation folder where the PDF files are stored to upload the invoice
4. The upload fails and the error log shows 500 internal server error

Sometimes, when multiple users use the same observation folder to upload the scanned invoice file via collaboration tool, this type of error can occur.

You can create a new observation folder and add the PDF file in that folder and then upload it.
