3353697 - Latest Goal Management - All Employees See Cascade Button In Goal Plan

In the Latest Goal Management, all employees can see the cascade button in their goal plans even though they haven't been granted permission.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Configure the Goal Plan XML to enable cascade-push for EX
2. Log into the system as any user
3. Navigate to the goals module and select the goal plan
4. The cascade goal button is enabled in the goal plan

The system logic for EX is missing from the cascade permission. When a Matrix Manager (EX) is granted the cascade-push permission, other users (regardless of their roles) are granted the permission at the same time.

This is tentatively scheduled to be fixed in the 2311 release. Release dates can be reviewed on Product Release & Road Map Information.
