3353712 - User entity fields become not editable in LMS after user accessed Report Center

Symptom

  • PERSON_GUID column is not configured in User Connector-SF and Person ID Connector is not scheduled.
    However, when user accesses Report Center in BizX, PERSON_GUID is synced to LMS and the user entity fields become not editable.
  • Why is PERSON_GUID synced even SAC is not enabled?
