Symptom
There is a stuck queue found at APP Warehouse Monitor for inbound delivery, error message is Order quantity exceeded by &1 PC : &2 &3 &4.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud System
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to APP Warehouse Monitor and enter the warehouse number.
- Go to Node Tools -> Message Queue, filter all stuck queues then you find the queue for inbound delivery.
Resolution
Please check the reference for the inbound delivery if it refer a production order with APP Change Inbound Delivery - Production.
There is another inbound delivery also referring the production order which has been completed with Goods Receipt.
Then you can tick the flag "Unlimited Overdelivery" for the production order at APP Change Production Order and reprocess the stuck queue.
