For Item ONLINE_ACCESS_ALLOWED is set to Y in the database when this setting is enabled.
For Item ONLINE_ACCESS_ALLOWED is set to N in the database when this setting is disabled.
The database table that confirms the above setting is table PA_DFLT_SEG - Online Access Allowed - This column stores the setting whether online access is allowed or not. It will be either Y or N.
