Symptom

Dynamic document in email attachment not triggered

Environment

SAP SF ONBOARDING

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Post completion of Document Flow
  2. Navigate to Email service and check the status for Dynamic document email Trigger ((ONB) Documents signed by New Hire Template)
  3. When you click on view detail -> There was no Document Attachment.

Cause

PFS URL Issue

Resolution

  1. Go to Provisioning
  2. Validate PFS URL and add odata/PDF in the suffix and save this feature
  3. Now you can retest with the new candidate.
  4. This should works fine.
