3353868 - Error message disappears quickly in Web Intelligence Rich Client Tool

Symptom

When trying to open a document saved for a local user, below error message pops up in Web Intelligence Rich Client and disappears immediately before user can read:

"The document has been locked by the user ** on the following cluster. You cannot open this document on the current cluster.

User does not have permission to open the document"
