3354112 - Control over associating unchanged partitioned suppliers with common suppliers

The Import Supplier Data (Consolidated File) task enables administrators to import new and modified data for partitioned and common suppliers and associate a partitioned supplier with its common supplier. However, as data for all suppliers are not updated each time the Import Supplier Data (Consolidated File) task runs, the process of associating a partitioned supplier with its common supplier can be skipped for the unchanged data.
