3354164 - Error in Concur Cost Object Replication Run

You are trying to perform an integration between SAP Business ByDesign and SAP Concur, however you are receiving the following error message:

No valid access token could be determined for user XYZ

*XYZ refers to the Technical User.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center, Communication Arrangements view.
2. Click New to create a new communication arrangement.
3. In the step 1 Select Scenario, select scenario Concur Integration User Credentials and click Next.
4. In the step 2 Define Business Data, enter System Instance ID as CONCUR. Click Next.
5. In the step 3 Define Technical Data, enter the basic outbound communication details.
6. Click Edit Credentials and enter password: Concur Request Token (provided by your Concur Implementation Project Manager).
7. After the configuration, the error will appear in the Application Log.

This error occurs because the Concur connection is failing due to the wrong Company UUID and User ID.

User ID should be Company UUID and password should be the Company Request Token.  

Now the user need to take fresh request token and add UserID and Password.

Note:Only JWT Concur connections will work and if any other systems also non JWT based connection, it will be stopped working after 31 December 2023. Hence, please pass User ID as company UUID and generate request token for connectivity to Concur.
