3354189 - XECM - "standard error= 4" Error occurs in OTDS log when running SAP diagnostic report for ECMLink

When using Extended ECM for SAP with OpenText Directory Services you may run into an issue where the following error is returned in the results of the diagnostic program:

SoapFaulCodeName: WebServices.Authentication.SAPTokenError SoapFaulCodeNamespace: urn:api.ecm.opentext.com Error validating SAP token [Aj...WcLQIUBTQY9Tp8trMKRYyZlU79ECSyozY%3D]: Encountered exception validating SAP Token. Details: MySapEvalLogonTicketEx failed: standard error= 4, ssf error= 0 Exception

When reviewing the OTDS log you will see log lines similar to the following:

If you have SAP_EXT_TRC logging enabled you will see log lines similar to the following in the sap_ext_trc.log:
