3354228 - Age (Days) in Job Requisition Dashboard is different from Age of Requisition in Reporting - RCM

When reporting on the field "Age of Requisition" in adhoc reports, the value displayed there is different from the value in the "Age (Days)" in the Job Requisition Dashboard.

The Age (Days) column is a dynamic field that the value displayed will be  calculates the days between the job requisition being fully approved up to the day it was set to closed. For closed requisitions, it’s calculated by subtracting the Date Closed from the current date.

The Age of Requisition setting in Manage Recruiting Settings refers to the Age of Requisition field in Reporting.
