SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
An employee has uploaded photo in main assignment, however, when checking the concurrent assignment, the photo does not show up in header.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Employee Profile Header
Cause
Photo is binded with user, but not person.
Resolution
Please upload photo to concurrent assignment user via mass upload (see 2220377 - Batch Upload of Employee Photos job )
Or click any assignment's edit photo (The assignment should have photo maintained), and save directly without any change, the photo will be synced to all assignments.
