3354258 - The amount of local currency could not be edited or derived when use FBV2 to change the amount of document currency for certain case

Symptom

If the local currency 1 or 2 is the same with document currency, when using FBV2 to edit the parked document the amount of local currency is not editable.

And the field HWMET is set as “E”.
