3354258 - The amount of local currency could not be edited or derived when use FBV2 to change the amount of document currency for certain case

Symptom

If the local currency 1 or 2 is the same with document currency, when we use FBV2 to edit the parked document we could find that the amount of local currency is not editable.

And we could also find that the field HWMET was set as “E”.
