3354299 - How to create public layout in Create Advance Return App

Public layout creation in App Create Advance Return on Sales/Purchase Tax is not available. The user-specific layout was set by default and it is not editable.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter App Create Advance Return on Sales/Purchase Tax.
2. Select Output List > Layout > Configure.
3. Change the Layout and Save as.
4. In the pop-up window the 'User-specific" option is flagged by default and it is not editable.

It is a missing functionality in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

The users create layout variants themselves.
