3354403 - 'Mass Data Management' tool keeps loading when a FO-FO association configured in "Position" object

Symptom

Mass Data Management tool keeps loading when a FO-FO (Foundation object) association configured in Position object and page does not open the transactions

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Mass Data Management
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Position
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Foundation Objects
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Association

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Configure Object Definitions.

2. Select object Position.

3. Please make FO-FO association, for example as is location-locationGroup association.

4. Also, make Visibility of both location and cust_locationGroup are set to be Editable.

5. Add this association in Corporate Data Model also.

4. Go to Mass Data Management tool.

6. Click on Create button.

7. Page keeps loading:

Cause

Product Gap/System limitation.

Resolution

Creating a position under Mass Data Management tool when there is an FO-FO association configured in Position is not supported.
This is a product gap, and an enhancement request is needed.
