3354435 - Defect Correction Configuration Item Points to the Quality System

• You create a S1DM Defect from My Text Executions.
• In the Defect creation popup you choose a System, a Configuration Item (pointing to a QAS system by default), in a landscape with multiple tracks.

• Then you create a Defect Correction from the Defect.
• Defect Correction's Configuration Item points to QAS system.
