3354487 - Combination Of Values Not Permitted

Combination of Values Not Permitted error while confirming logistics task. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics work center. 
2. Navigate to Task Control view. 
3. Search, select the relevant task and choose the Confirm button. 
4. Enter values in the field Actual Quantity, note that this value is same as the Planned Quantity. 
5. Select the value in field Deviation Reason. 
6. Choose the Save button. 

System displays the reported error message; Combination of Values Not Permitted. 

• You cannot report deviation in a logistics task when Open Quantity is Zero. 
• You report deviation for quantities that are Open and if Open Quantity is Zero there is no reason for the warehouse operator to report deviation. 

You have two options 

• Remove value from field Deviation Reason and save the task. 
• Report the deviation quantity correctly.
