3354503 - Error occurred when transitioning the workflow in Compensation Information - Employee Central

When approving a workflow for compensation information you are encountering following error: 

"Error occurred when transitioning the workflow"

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

This is due duplicated information, user already have same data of the workflow in the history in same effective date.

The scenario is not supported, system will not allow save same data in same effective date.
