3354612 - Candidate received a notification for New Employee Step which is already completed - Onboarding 1.0

Candidate has completed NES (New Employee Step) and still received a notification to complete the same step twice or more.

If the candidate is manually moved into a step already completed, it is expected that the system will trigger the same notification again.

To determine if the notification has been triggered due to a step changed manually, you can follow the next steps:

1. Go to Onboarding.
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Audit Trail
4. Research the affected candidate
5. Search for an activity named "Restart Activity"
