3354618 - Error You are not authorized to use transaction KS03 from 'Display Purchase Order - Advanced'

Error 'You are not authorized to use transaction KS03' when trying to display the Cost Center from 'Display Purchase Order - Advanced'. 

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

1. Display Purchase Order - Advanced.
2. Enter Purchase Order number.
3. Got to the 'Account Assignment' tab, double click on the Cost Center.
4. Error 'You are not authorized to use transaction KS03' 

'KS03' is no longer part of the S/4H CE solution.

A navigation from classic ME23N / Display Purchase Order Advanced to Fiori based UI is not possible. The correct app to display the values and master data of the Cost Center is 'Manage Cost Center'

From the app 'Manage Cost Center' there is a navigation link to 'Where-Used List', here we can see the Purchase Order for the Cost Centre.

From the app 'Manage Purchase Order' - after you drill into the line item you can see the account assignment  / Cost Center details.
