3354634 - Employee can see Supplier Invoices in the Header Search Despite the User is Restricted

You have restricted the employee to see another company supplier invoices however when they search the invoice in the header search, system shows the invoice. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supplier Invoicing work center
2. Go to Invoices and Credit Memos view
3. Go to header search and search for relevant supplier invoice 
4. System displays the supplier invoice 

The employee is restricted to Read and Write access for supplier invoices. When they do search in invoices and credit memos view, system will not display the invoice. However it will still display the invoice, when you do the search in the header search. 

In header search, system will show all the invoices from the repository that is stored under Invoices and Credit Memos view. Here system does not filter the invoices based on access restriction. Further, if user tries to modify it, system will throw an error message stating - You are not authorized to access the data. This is an expected behaviour.
