3354704 - FWBS or FTR_EDIT error message TPM_TRL063 "Processing leads to inconsistent positions for &1 (case &4, &2, &3)"

Symptom

- When executing FWBS to post a flow, error message TPM_TRL063 is issued.

- Add entries in "Other flows" tab of the transaction, error message TPM_TRL063 is displayed and deal cannot be saved.
