3354730 - Required fields like First Name, Last Name and Event Reason are empty in New Hire Data from Actions Tab - Onboarding

• Hardcoded fields such as First and Last Name, Event Reasons are missing in Onboarding Dashboard > New Hire data for a candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

CAUSE 1:

• There's a change in the candidate's start date
• Start Date is directly updated in EC through automation script but the same is not updated on Onboarding Process, as a result, there is a mismatch with ONB process date and EC entities start date leading to issue while loading data in the UI.

CAUSE 2:

• There is a change in the candidate's start date
• That there is a pending invalid draft for onboarding and a discrepancy in the ONB2Process target date and in EC - employment info.

RESOLUTION 1:

1. Make sure to access New Hire Data to update the start date always or through API update Process target date whenever the start date is changed on EC.

RESOLUTION 2:

1. To fix the draft issue, a script execution is required.
