3354771 - How can I obtain Process Intelligence server logs on my server for SAP Signavio Support

Symptom

SAP Signavio Support have asked me to provide system logs on our server on which we have SAP Signavio Process Intelligence on-premises extractor installed to help diagnose my issue. How do I achieve this?

Environment

SAP Signavio Process Intelligence 3.0

Resolution

For the Windows Server, simply copy and paste the console log to text file.
For the Linux Server, please run the command below:

journalctl -u extractor.service --since "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss" --until "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"
