Symptom
SAP Signavio Support have asked me to provide system logs on our server on which we have SAP Signavio Process Intelligence on-premises extractor installed to help diagnose my issue. How do I achieve this?
Environment
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence 3.0
Resolution
- For the Windows Server, simply copy and paste the console log to text file.
- For the Linux Server, please run the command below:
journalctl -u extractor.service --since
"yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"
--until
"yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"
