3354790 - Unable to View Time Sheet Approvals

Symptom

User is not able to view the Timesheet Approvals in Managing My Area however you are unable to view and approve the Timesheet through SAP ByD Mobile APP

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Managing My Area Work Center
  2. Select Approvals View.
  3. Here you do not find Timesheet Approvals.
     

Cause

 Under Managing My Area Work Centre, Approvals View is used for approving the leaves only, not for Timesheet Approvals.

Resolution

Below are the options to find Timesheet Approvals.

OPTION 1:

  1. Go to Managing My Area Work Center
  2. Go to Common Tasks View
  3. Select on Confirm Time recording view

OPTION 2:

  1. Go to Project Management Work Center
  2. Go to Approvals View
  3. Select the Time Recordings
