Symptom

There is no report generated even the Run status is Generated Successfully in the report PP36(TH_VAT_PP36) under the app Run Statutory Reports.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app Run Statutory Reports.
  2. Fill out the Report Name field in the selection criteria and click Go.
  3. Choose one Thailand PP36 VAT Return report.
  4. Run status is Generated Successfully but there is no report generated.

Cause

Business Place is not assigned as the leading organization unit or the invoice is not cleared.

Resolution

TH VAT is declared based on the business place, so please manually assign business place as the leading organization unit in the configuration activity Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting (ID:101071) and make sure the invoice has been cleared.
