3354916 - Error RSO/673 is raised in application log during release of ToC. Status change is not possible

• You have a ChaRM Change Document involving a TR with BW objects.
• You are performing a status change involving SOCM action COPY_ALL_ENH (which comprises the creation, release an import of a ToC.)
• Status change is not possible. You receive error message Error creating transports of copies. Check the application log. 
• The ToC is generated and changes arrive to the target managed system.
• In application log you can find error RSO/673 Request XXX inconsistent. It is not released. (being XXX correspondent TR number.)
