3355035 - ~webgui_simple_toolbar: ambiguity related to term "help"

Symptom

As explained in SAP Note 1010519, the service parameter ~webgui_simple_toolbar can be used to change the common user area, through a set of bit values.

There is, however, an ambiguity related to term "help".
