3355143 - ERROR: "ERROR_BAD_REQUEST_TO_C4A" when creating a connection to MS SQL Server 2017 in SAC

When trying to create a new MS SQL Server 2017 connection from SAC the below error occurs:

"ERROR_BAD_REQUEST_TO_C4A "

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Login to SAC.
2. Go to connections.
3. Click the "+" icon.
4. Choose SQL Databases.
5. Choose a location from the Location drop down list that is configured properly.
6. In the Connection Type choose MS SQL Server 2017, and then click OK.
7. Fill the necessary details, and click Create
   >> Notice the below error: "ERROR_BAD_REQUEST_TO_C4A"
