3355152 - "Replace Document" option in Absence Leave Case Management is greyed out


If updates were made to a form, a user can replace the document inside of an Absence Leave Case Management case.  To do so while on the Absence Case window, complete one of the following:

  1. On the documents tab, click either the document name or the gear icon next to the document you want to replace.
  2. On the workflow tab, click the workflow event containing the document.

Next from the drop-down menu, select Replace Document. 
The issue described in this article is that the Replace Document option is greyed out.
