Within an Absence Leave Case Management case, on the Workflow tab, a document cannot be deleted because the option to "Delete Document" is grayed out. However, the customer wants to have this removed. This could just be customer preference, such as a document loaded to the wrong case, or a corrupted document that provides an error when trying to open it.
