The Clean Tables policy helps manage a lot of tables in the system, to prevent them from growing too large. But depending on configuration or other needs, the WFS team have identified other tables that may need supplemental data retention logic to be set up to clean up unnecessary records. Sometimes these can be added in the Clean Tables policy as a custom table, while other times they may require a custom script to handle. If any of these tables seem to be growing larger than expected, please contact WFS Support for assistance with determining the best way to manage these tables.
