3355249 - Valuation area (BWKEY) is not filled during VA88 settlement even if plant is entered in sales order which caused KI235 error

Symptom

OKB9 is defined as cost center derivation per valuation area, when executing VA88 settlement,

the valuation area (BWKEY) is supposed to be filled by plant entered in sales order according to OX14 setting, but valuation area (BWKEY) is empty and KI235 error is generated.
