Symptom

Attempts to install SAPPAPPL using command line fails with Permission Denied error:

xx:xx:xx.xxx - ERR :     Cannot get external program configuration
xx:xx:xx.xxx - INFO:     /tmp/HANAUMML/installer/hdbinst: Permission denied
xx:xx:xx.xxx - ERR :   Cannot detect command line options dynamically.
