3355341 - Cannot add a tab in adaptation.

When editing custom page layout the option to add a tab is not available.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Enter adaptation mode

2. Select a custom layout

3. Open any TI for example a customer account TI

4. Adapt the tabs in the TI

5. See no option in adaptation pane to Add>Tab

Expected action, it is not possible to add tabs to a custom layout.

Tabs can only be added to the master layout in adaptation.
