3355360 - Export change history-When export change history is exported- if the value was 0.0 before it shows -999999

Symptom

When change history is been exported, there is a entry of -999999 which appears when enumerated values are added.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as Comp Admin
  2. Go to Compensation inbox
  3. Open the worksheet
  4. Change the enumerated values
  5. Save
  6. Export change history

Cause

As there is no record available in the starting, the system takes it as -999999 and once you change the record it takes the actual records.

Resolution

This is a expected system behavior. Whenever you would be exporting the job history for the first time after making the changes in enumerated values, it is expected to get -999999.  It is because there is no record available in the starting, so the system takes it as -999999 and once you change the record it takes the actual records.
