3355428 - No fiori notifications received for approved POs.

Symptom

  • Unable to receive the fiori notification for the approved purchase orders.
  • My inbox does not receive the notification for the approved purchase orders.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Approve the purchase order completely.
  2. Check "My Inbox".

Cause

This feature is not supported.

Resolution

Fiori notification is not enabled for the approved purchase orders whereas email notification has been enabled for the same. For "Rejected", "In approval" etc. statuses, both the functionalities are enabled.
