3355573 - Fix the login page in CPQ

The tenant's login page is available in a language different from the default English (or the designated default language).

Upon logging into SAP CPQ, the system verifies the default dictionary specified in the "Setup Users" section under the "Additional Settings" tab. In cases where multiple dictionaries meet the defaulting condition, the system employs ranking to determine their priority, retrieving the dictionary with the lowest rank first. Furthermore, if a dictionary lacks a defined default rule, SAP CPQ assumes that the defaulting condition has been met.

In the event that the ranking is incorrect, it is necessary to make the needed adjustments regarding the ranking and await the next system release, because this is the period when the system is refreshed and the desired changes can be applied accordingly.
