Symptom
- When adapting filters in the Trial Balance app to include G/L Hierarchy, after input of the field the G/L Hierarchy is not displayed in the results.
- Trial Balance FSV (Financial Statement Version) does not display after input to G/L Hierarchy field.
Environment
- S/4HANA Cloud
Reproducing the Issue
- Trial Balance App.
- Enter input parameters.
- Adapt Filters.
- Include field "G/L Hierarchy".
- Input G/L Hierarchy.
- Go.
- Display results do not filter to G/L Hierarchy.
Resolution
In addition to the selected filter 'G/L Account Hierarchy' you need to select also ''G/L Account Hierarchy (Node)".
Both those filters are belonging together and need to be selected and maintained, to filter according to the G/L Account Hierarchy.
- Adapt Filters.
- Include G/L Hierarchy and G/L Hierarchy (Node).
- Input both fields.
- Go.
- The display now filters the G/L Hierarchy.
