3355637 - 360 Multi-Rater Error: Rating is required

When trying to submit a 360 form, receive an error:

Rating is required

• SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater
• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Log in to the system
2. Home dropdown > Performance
3. In the Inbox folder, select a 360 form
4. Enter ratings > Submit
5. Receive error message

• A required rating has not been completed
• Metadata needs to be updated
• A job code has multiple roles mapped to it

Review the form for required rating fields and populate them in order to submit the form

Metadata needs to be updated

Clear the Metadata Cache by following the below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
2. Select Refresh Metadata Cache

A job code is mapped to multiple roles

When using Job Profile Builder, a job code can only be mapped to one role. Please follow the steps in 3321704 - Error with multiple Roles mapped to same Job Code in Check Tool (Check ID: SameJobCodeWithMultipleRoleValidation) - Job Description Manager to resolve the issue.
