3355639 - Hide Drawer #9 and #10 from Trial Balance and Profit & Loss Statement

When user runs Trial Balance and/or Profit & Loss Statement based on standard Chart of Accounts Template, the report includes all the drawers of the Chart of Accounts including drawers #9 and #10.

There are no accounts defined in the drawers #9 and #10 and user is unable to remove these drawers from the standard Trial Balance report and Profit & Loss Statement. Also, user is unable to export the Trial Balance report and Profit & Loss Statement without drawers #9 and #10 and has to manually remove it from excel every time export is performed.
