Symptom
The Reject All functionality in the Manage Service Orders app is applicable for all items in service order that are not Completed or Rejected.

Resolution
Given below are the details with respect to the behavior of Service Order Rejection in each of the scenarios:
- Scenario 1:
If all items in the service order are either Completed or Rejected, and the user clicks the Reject All button, the following message is displayed:
"Service order items cannot be rejected." - Scenario 2:
If multiple items in the service order are already Completed or Rejected, and the user clicks the Reject All button, the following message is displayed:
"Some items cannot be rejected as they are already completed or rejected." - Scenario 3:
If only one item in the service order is either Completed or Rejected, the following message is displayed:
"Service order item <item number> cannot be rejected." - Scenario 4:
If none of the items in the service order are Completed or Rejected, the following message is displayed:
"Service order <service number> rejected."
