Symptom

The exception below occurs in Analysis Office when trying to save comments:

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a workbook that contains a planning sequence in Analysis Office;
  2. Add a comment in a cell;
  3. Click to save the comments;
  4. Confirm the exception.

Resolution

Check and implement the SAP Note 3312605 in the BW system if applicable.
