3355690 - The dump DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR on program /SAPAPO/SAPLATP_UPDATE is raised

Symptom

In the inbound of the APO system (transaction SMQ2), there is a queue with the error "Open SQL array insert produces duplicate records in the database".

In the transaction ST22, the dump below is displayed:
