• When users use SAC they are randomly encountering an error "An ICAP error was encountered while handling the request.

• SAC 

1.Login to SAC by browsers.

2.Use IDP or SAP Login user to login SAC.

3.Error reflected.

• Configuration on browser level by organization network team.

1.Customer network team to check their browsers configuration.

2.ICAP Protocol is configured by network security team of organization to avoid any type of malware attack.

3.ICAP is used by content filtering systems, which are things that block  other categories of sites, log browsing activity, or filter out malware for an entire network.
