Symptom

Receiving Error "User XXX is processing the business partners Relationships XXX" or "Fatal error when processing the relationships BUR001 00/00/0000 of XXX and XXX" in YMT.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Marketing Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Message Monitoring for Integration Explorer
  2. Find the aforementioned error messages
  3. If you reprocess these messages, they will fail with a second error message: "ID and UUID of the business partner are missing"

Cause

The business partners are currently unavailable in the system, which has resulted in the inability of the system to locate the relationship.

Resolution

Please ensure all BPs accurately replicated and created in your system first, you should no longer encounter these errors in the relationship.
